This privacy policy describes our practices for collecting, using and protecting personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act.

This data is collected when you fill in our contact form or browse our website.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: responding to your information and advice requests, providing you with personalised support in your administrative procedures, improving our services and website user experience, establishing anonymised traffic statistics, and complying with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Your personal data is retained for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. Contact data is retained for 3 years from the last contact. Browsing data is retained for 13 months in accordance with CNIL recommendations. Cookies expire according to their nature (see our Cookie Policy).

Your personal data is intended exclusively for authorised personnel of Vynqentora SAS. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
